What's it all about?

We want to show off The Fermoy Area at its best. We want to show the world what a great little community we have. We are very proud of our town and our surrounding villages.

The Parade gives everyone an opportunity to work with groups, students, friends, fellow employees, clubmates or neighbours.

This develops teamwork and bonding with those who are important to you.

49  groups are now registered to parade on St. Patrick's Day
The Gathering
This year we are asking the participants in the parade and the local community to make a special effort and invite members of their families, past pupils, ex members of clubs and societies back to Fermoy for the weekend. Fermoy's St. Patrick's Day Parade has always been our opportunity to show off our wonderful town and surrounding villages and communities.

If you know of anyone returning to Fermoy from overseas, for the weekend, please ask them to register as visitors. On the Saturday evening, before the parade, we want to throw a party for them. There will be great traditional entertainment, food and prizes in a free raffle for visitors. Only genuine overseas visitors to Fermoy or any of it's surrounding villages or communities are elligible for prizes.

We also want to take a group photograph for posterity.
14 visitors are now registered.
